Humanoid robots stalk a journalist, Richard Armour, who know of their existence. One of the robots took on the appearance of his girlfriend, Angela Taylor, to capture him. Richard is hiding from police in Layla. He tells his story. He was going to marry Angela. But, returning from a trip to Hawaii, Angela has changed behavior.
